"Successful content always creates added value for the target audience" - introducing Trootin's new reinforcements Sade, Oona and Timi

Sade, Oona and Timi are united by experience and passion to challenge traditional marketing methods and create meaningful encounters between brands and people.

In October 2022, both Trootin's customer relationship and creative teams gained new expertise when customer relationship manager / strategist Sade Yrjölä and creative designer Oona Kansi started as Trootiians. In addition to Sade and Oona, Trootin's team was complemented at the beginning of the year by Creative Content Producer Timi Nordman. 

Sade Yrjölä

Sade Yrjölä is a professional in customer relationship work who has worked for years in social media both in content and paid media. Previously, Sade worked at Dagmar and LMSomeco. Now Sade is taking on a new area of responsibility by moving into a more strategic role at Trootin, which she has a lot to offer thanks to her diverse background.

"In customer relationship work, it is important to truly listen to the customer so that we can support the customer's goals in the right way. It is also important to maintain your own expertise in social media and stay on top of all innovations and trends. At Trootin, we must embrace social media's new winds and new channels without prejudice and quickly," Sade says. 

Oona Kansi

The creative team's newest addition is Creative Oona Kansi, who also started in October, bringing to the team strong concept design expertise as well as understanding of organic content planning that interests the target audience. In addition to customer-centric creative design, Oona's experience has grown from copywriting and content planning. 

"Successful content always creates added value for the target audience, whether it's delighting, inspiring, entertaining or teaching something new. Good social media content is something people want to come back to and spend time with," Oona says.

Timi Nordman

Creative Content Producer Timi Nordman is the trio's newest Trootiian. For Timi, who transferred to Trootin from Yle, the TikTok world is especially familiar, but for someone who has loved making videos since childhood, Timi is also skilled in styling, graphics and audio work. 

"Social media develops rapidly, and what works now may not work in a year. That's why I want to be at the forefront of the social media world and develop my own knowledge and skills," Timi says enthusiastically.
